About forty students from Flagstaff, Coconino, and Summit High Schools attended a day-long career exploration day in the law-enforcement sector on November 12 and 14, 2019. The junior and senior class students had opportunities to tour the law enforcement facility which jointly houses the Coconino County Sheriff’s Department and the Flagstaff Police Department.
During the day, students had opportunities to tour the dispatch center, see demonstrations of emergency response vehicles and equipment, and also learn about the science of gathering crime-scene evidence. Read more “Law Enforcement Career Day”
