At the center of our work are the children of Flagstaff.  Surrounding them is a strong leadership structure that brings community leaders together to support the work on the ground where practices will improve.  The groups below ensure that we stay focused on a data-driven approach that advances world-class education for every child in Flagstaff.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

Provides broad, strategic direction and champions the work of LAUNCH Flagstaff within their respective organizations and the community.  This group is made up of CEO level community leaders who have the personal skill and organizational influence to inspire others and mobilize action around our shared goals.  List of members.

STEERING COMMITTEE

A committee of the Community Leadership Council that provides time-sensitive guidance to the operations team.  List of members.

OPERATIONS TEAM

A team of staff from LAUNCH Flagstaff and community subject-matter experts who have offered to help coordinate the partnership’s efforts around data management, communications and Community Action Networks (CANs).  List of members.
