Industrial Tech Summit – Enhancing the Talent Pipeline

The Industrial Tech Summit – Enhancing the Talent Pipeline event is designed to bring students, teachers, administrators and local tech employers together so each group can witness firsthand, the level of talent available right hear in Flagstaff. The goal is to keep this talent local through internship and employment opportunities.

Employers connect and learn what Career and Technical High School students are learning, and which certifications are earned while in school. Students, in-turn, learn what local employers are looking for in a qualified workforce. Instructors and administrators witness the strengthening of the talent pipeline in our community, and learn what support is needed for our next generation of workers.
