General Partnership Subject Matter Experts Monthly Meeting

This is an open monthly meeting of partner representatives who come together in the spirit of collective impact to share education success stories and updates on partnership progress. Meetings are typically the third Thursday of each month at 8:00am in the NACET Accelerator Conference Room. Check the next meeting date and agenda here.

Community Action Networks (CANs)

The LAUNCH Flagstaff CANs are where locally dis-aggregated data are used to identify existing best practices and engage in continuous improvement of those practices while implementing new strategies as needed over time. CANs are made up of representatives of partner organizations and individual citizens who have expertise and experience related to the outcome the CAN is focused on. Kindergarten Readiness CAN	Post-Secondary CAN
Can Goal: Communitywide data will reflect evidence of continuous improvement annually in the percentage of children entering kindergarten ready for school – socially, behaviorally and academically. Indicators: Increasing the number of students in high quality pre-school environments will help improve outcomes toward our goal. Increasing the number of parents participating in parenting education programs and early childhood support will help improve outcomes toward our goal.	Can Goal: Communitywide data will reflect evidence of continuous improvement annually in the percentage of high school graduates who enter a post-secondary career path including, but not limited to, a two or four-year degree program, military or civic service, training or apprenticeship leading to certification in a desired field. Indicators: Increasing the number of students competing the FAFSA process will help improve outcomes toward our goal. Increasing the number of students enrolling and completing dual enrollment (DE) courses while in high school will improve outcomes toward our goal.
